YEESS!

The Youth Empowerment Engagement Summit Symposium (YEESS!) is a youth empowerment program connecting young people ages 13–24 to community, mental health, career exploration, and civic engagement opportunities.

The Youth Engagement & Empowerment Summit Symposium (YEESS!) is a leadership and empowerment program for youth ages 13–24 designed to build confidence, strengthen community, and expand access to critical resources.

Through workshops focused on mental health, civic participation, and workforce development, YEESS equips young people with the knowledge and tools to advocate for themselves and their communities. By centering the experiences of LGBTQ+ and BIPOC youth, the program addresses systemic inequities and advances health equity—ensuring young people have the support they need to thrive personally and professionally.

Participants build leadership skills, explore career pathways, develop healthy relationships, and strengthen their voice as advocates for change.
