Our team is here to listen, support, and empower—without judgment.

Mental Health First Aid

We build a culture of awareness, empathy, and early intervention.

TaskForce offers teens Mental Health First Aid, an evidence-based curriculum that equips young people with the knowledge and tools to recognize signs of mental health challenges in their peers. Participants learn how to respond with care, reduce stigma, and connect friends to trusted adults and professional support, building a culture of awareness, empathy, and early intervention.
